Our minimum stay at Laneside House is usually 3 nights but please do ask about 2 and 1 night stays. Single night stays strictly available at low peak and subject to a £300 surcharge
Check in from 3.00pm day of arrival. Check out by 10.00am
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
This house is ideal for relaxed gatherings & celebrations, but please be respectful of the 12 person maximum occupancy and the quiet rural setting at all times. For any other events or filming/photography hire please do contact us to discuss.
Deposit: A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the check-in date. Payment via Bacs Transfer only.
12 person maximum occupancy applies to the whole property (gardens & external areas), as well as under 16’s, at any time. We reserve the right to terminate any booking in breach of this rule. Please do seek our consent for any hired in activities or chef/catering hire etc.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel any deposit paid is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £50 cancellation fee. A 12 week cancellation policy applies. (In the event of cancellation within that time or in the event of a non-arrival guests will be charged for the full cost of their stay). We advise that you take out holiday insurance.
An ID verification check is requested via our third-party provider Truvi, this must be completed before the booking is confirmed. Truvi will also manage a £500 damage deposit for the protection of both parties. A £10 fee will apply.
